To supply over 200 Venetian blinds to an art deco office building.
Grade II listed Ibex House, on the fringe of the City of London, was completed in 1937 and, at the time of construction, had the longest strips of glass in the UK. Our brief was to supply Venetian blinds to an entire floor of the building before it was taken on by a firm of architects – for whom, of course, high quality interior design is of particular interest.
Our crafted solution
The blinds we selected, from a range known as Perforated, were specially designed to soften and diffuse the light, reducing shadows and reflections to make a day in the office easy on the eyes.
Venetian blinds of matt silver horizontal aluminium slats, with colour co-ordinated components, more than satisfied our clients both in terms of aesthetics and functionality.
